Description

NGC 2070 a large emission nebula is an extremely luminous non-stellar object about 160,000 light-years away in the Large Magellanic Cloud with an estimated diameter of 652 light-years. More commonly known as the Tarantula Nebula it is the most active region of star formation in the Local Group of galaxies. This was supposed to be part of a mosaic but has been postponed due to cloud. Will probably add RGB stars as well at some stage.
